These include fresh chili, ginger, garlic, coriander, galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass and basil leaves amongst others. Food items also have unique names that clients may never have heard of before. An example would be the 'Volcano Chicken', which is served with sauce and flaming liquor. Another original dish name is the 'Seafood Bomb', which serves prawn balls, drunken noodles, and sticky rice for glutinous kind. The accompaniments for these curries are mostly rice and noodles, which are prepared with various cooking techniques including frying and steaming in coconut milk. All these dishes are served in a relaxed environment at the Thai Elephant Restaurant, which is designed for individual or group meals during lunch and dinner. It remains open seven days a week, and during lunchtime, which starts at 12 noon and ends at 2:30 pm, express menus are available for clients who are short on time. Clients can also enjoy late dining at this restaurant.
