IT WASNT NECESSARY TO BUY TKTS AS NO ACCESS TO ACTUAL BARRIER AS APART FROM THE SMALL INFO SECTION THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE TO WARRANT A TICKET. THE SURROUNDINGS ARE PLEASANT AND LEND ITSELF TO A PICNIC, BUT OF COURSE THATS AVAILABLE ON MANY AREAS NEAR WATER FOR FREE

There aren't many choices in days to have a guided tour which is limiting.

Nice lady serving tea. Otherwise a complete waste of time, apart from a video of the building of the barrier and a small exhibition area nothing to see. Car parking extra as a view of the barrier

Very bad customer service, the staff was not welcoming, with a sad attitude. The museum is not a museum, it just displays some pics and it should be free!!. the Thames barrier itself was really good. You can go there without purchasing a Groupon.
