I have already notified Groupon of my negative experience however it’s not clear if it’s being looked in to. Upon arriving at the Fertility show a large sign was at reception informing Groupon customers were not permitted entry until after 11am. If we wanted to enter the show we would have to pay an additional fee upon entry as well as our Groupon ticket. We were not notified of this anywhere on the Groupon or the The Fertility shows websites. It seems the team on site at the Fertility show made this decision and wrote it on a chalkboard on the day. I took a photograph of the sign as proof. It’s appauling and uneccessary to penalize people for purchasing a Groupon ticket. Groupon Customer Service have fluffed over the matter I reported to them which is hugely disappointing.
