They need to keep their addresses up to date and respond to all calls and email enquiries instead of ignoring them.

Have not yet attended, but staff have been extremely helpful in changing our booking due to not being able to attend initial dates. Lots of choice, times and days

I bought a groupon voucher as a birthday gift for my partner and he attended a lesson in Bray. His experience was terrible, for example the chef did not have correct ingredients or equipment. When I complained I was totally dismissed 😡

Lovely chef presenting the show, she was very funny and charming. She had some interesting tips and tricks from her days working in a restaurant! Generally a nice activity and particularly useful if you have some specific questions you always wanted to ask a proper chef. The recipes were rather basic, but there is of course not that much you can do in 1 1/2 hours, so it's ideal especially for starter bakers.

The grumpiest chef instructor ever. Does not have a good word for anyone especially celebrity chefs because he says they are doing everything wrong! Some serious misinformation about the exclusive merits of Rape Seed Oil (which he sells) to the total exclusion of all other oils. Olive oil 'is only used by the Greeks and just look at them!'. There are some serious pobs cooking with Rape Seed Oil which recent tests have found and which he poopooed. His chippy challenging attitude was not the feel good experience I was looking forward to. I can only assume that his geographic proximity to young Alpha males in Canary Wharf has embittered him so he takes it out on his bemused/disappointed students. Who needs this unpleasant expensive experience? It's the closest to male PMT I have experienced and unfortunately we were condemned to listen to his sniping throughout hot hours. Oh and 'never spend more than £70 on a kitchen knife because they are rubbish'was his advice too! He set out to make everyone feel bad by quizzing us and looked really put out if we got a question right! In life I somehow manage to avoid negative people like this and had forgotten just how unpleasant this sort of resentment in a service business can be. I thought he could sour the milk without additives. It was boringly bland cheese anyway. Major Party Pooper Experience.

It was ok at the special Groupon price £29 but if I had paid the full advertised price £99 I would have been disappointed.

it was a bit basic but I guess that is why it was a "beginner's course"!
