Tokimeite is a joint venture with Michelin starred chef Yoshihiro Murata and Japanese agricultural cooperative Zennoh. The on-site team of chefs combines Kaiseki inspired cuisine with latest culinary trends, and takes pride in using only high-quality ingredients, such as pure Japanese Wagyu, a type of cattle fed on a special diet. The end result is a tender beef with great texture, known as world premium beef. The restaurant has a wide-ranging of Japanese sake list and premium Japanese whiskies are also available.
