Very nice personnel. Just one thing; they should treat every client the same way. The person you served us was supposed to come back to give us some explanation about the desserts but he never came back. . Whereas others had the opportunity to have that experience. Besides, we ordered 2 glasses of champagne which were not counted in our bill. Our bill was misleading, we had to make that noticed to finally have the right onePeople usually go to an afternoon tea for the beauty and the service of the hotel. The intercontinental is a beautiful hotel and would certainly come back.
