The toppings weren't exactly fresh, a bit disappointing in that sense

Do not try to decline your customers the right to use their vouchers when keeping to the T&Cs. It is embarrassing and unpleasant. In future, either put a weight limit or a number of toppings limit on your vouchers.

Yogsland staff were not keeping their promises to provide the waffles/crepes with one frozen yoghurt to us because they failed to serve me, my sister my children in 15mins. We waited for more than 30mins then we could not have waffle due to out of stock. We had crepes with one frozen yoghurt and few toppings. Disappointed!

Overpriced tasteless Yogurt!!! I bought a groupon voucher which did not represent correctly what i would be getting. £14 for a crepe & drink for 2 not value for money i must say. I then made to pay an extra £4 for a tub of yogurt cost me a total of £18!! My chocolate milkshake was bland - watered down yogurt and they did nothing to offer me an alternative. Waste of money and my time all the way to London. Will not be going back there. Not recommending

Our voucher was for waffle or pancake; we chose pancakes - firstly there was no whipped cream, so we had frozen yoghourt instead; however the pancakes were served on paper plates with plastic knife & fork; it was virtually impossible to cut the pancake with the cutlery and in the end we had to literally tear it apart and eat with our fingers; I was with my 6 year old granddaughter and it was a very messy affair - I would suggest proper knives would have made the experience less messy together with a more solid plate.

It is well nigh impossible to recuperate the cost of the voucher. Even if you were to have an enormous amount of toppings you still could barely achieve the value you paid. As it stands, I paid £11 for £6 worth of food and drink. "A right rip off", as my husband said.
