Groupon food menu was basically a kids menu with 4 options one of which they didn't have. We both ordered Spaghetti Bolognese which was horrible, husband's exact words "You can get better from a tin." Once the food was placed in front of us (with items missing) they never came near us again. When we went up to pay for wine and few other items they asked if everything was ok, husband said no and politely told them everything and they said "Oh, sorry about that" and that's it. Groupon customers also had to sit in a different area and said we had to move from where we were seated, even though it was in the same room. Bedroom was lovely but the bed was very uncomfortable and very thin. They nicely moved us to another room and the bed was much better. When checking out, they asked how the stay was, we told them it wasn't great for the above reasons. Response: "I'm sorry to hear that. Have a nice day"
