Don't give them your credit card details! I bought this through Groupon as a gift for him. He then called and paid a refundable deposit. He has had no refund AND they have debited more money from his account without his authority AND after numerous calls they keep promising him a call back. Irrespective to this, he did say him and his friends had a good time even considering guns was broken. Have waited a week now for reimbursement but still no deposit returned nor even a curtesy apology phone call to tell us what's going on. Really disappointing as I bought this for my sons 16th and he used his birthday money as a deposit. Like stated they've taken another amount separate occasions without his consent so they've kept his bank details!!!!!!!! Not very good. Also, the admin staff continuously called him bullying him to pay. One South African male said as long as the deposit was paid by midnight before he goes it was ok. The next morning a woman called him saying he had to pay ASAP or he couldn't go and was actually quite rude to him. He explained (I was there listening) that he had his exams and can they call him back at 4 and he would make payment. To this he has missed calls throughout the day with a bullying attitude. To not even have a apology as to why my son hasn't had a refund of his deposit yet is shocking! He told the staff he didn't want the extra paintballs to come off his deposit and paid for the rest in cash. He did say he enjoyed it and the staff on the grounds was nice but does this give them a reason to take (and keep taking) his money? No it doesn't. Outrageous customer services!!!!
