Sourcing the finest local and seasonal produce, the Shipyard's chefs Paul and Liam prepare seafood with the respect it deserves, allowing the natural flavors to speak for themselves. Paul has gained experience working in top restaurants around the world, and Liam has travelled and worked in vineyards, bars and restaurants around Europe. The seafood is provided by local fisherman Nigel and available at the on-site fish market to be taken home or cooked in. Customers can also visit the bar to enjoy a cocktail, beer or glass of wine.
