Macclesfield Golf Club hosts a challenging golf course with a stunning view across the green. With 18 different holes for you to try, ranging from par 3 to par 5, there's plenty of variety. There are also various open competitions that you can join simply by completing an application form (Note: Entry fees apply), this will let you put your skills to the test as you compete in a friendly competition. Both new and experienced golfers are also welcomed to apply for membership at the club, this will give you priority on the course as well as the ability to invite guests at special member rates. There's an active social scene including bars and catering, cabaret nights, barbecues and even Christmas parties. The Macclesfield Golf Club has a large list of social events planned, including quiz nights and ladies nights. If you're not fully geared up yet, then the all new golf shop at Macclesfield club house caters to all levels of player, from beginners to advanced golfers. The shop is run by Christian O'Connor, known locally as “The Professional” who is also available to teach beginners both the rules and etiquette of golf, he's also able to play the course with you if you'd like a friendly introduction to the club and the game. The Macclesfield Golf club also features conference and private function facilities that are available for any occasion, including birthday parties, weddings and even business conferences.
