Tikki Training offers tailored personal training, as well as health and fitness services to tackle a variety of wellbeing goals. Boot camp sessions use high intensity interval based training methods that focus on all aspects of fitness from strength to stamina, with the aim of delivering a full body workout. Sessions are taught in groups to give an extra boost of fun and enjoyment, and outside of training, the team organise social gatherings for participants to let their hair down after all the hard work.
Tikki uses a combination of bodyweight exercises and equipment meaning no two bootcamp sessions are ever the same and variety is guaranteed. Not only that, exercising in a group is a great way to build motivation, have fun and make friends along the way.
