Tried to book online with NQ as advised two emails later still no reply. Telephoned on several occasions to try and confirm a booking but no reply.
Travelled over 30 miles with a friend to see if we could use the voucher that eve as due to expire several days later. After waiting over half an hour and discussion with staff who spoke to management we were told we could! Food ok when arrived but stressful booking spoilt this!

The food was good, but (despite having booked) the serving staff were not expecting us, did not know anything about the deal and had to contact someone to find out what they needed to do / what they could offer us. All felt more than a little disorganised.
