The number one reason people succeed at weight loss is motivation, but that's difficult to do when most weight loss regimes rely on calorie counting and repetitive exercise. Fitness Boot Camp is the fun and exciting way to lose weight and tone the body in twenty-eight days. Clients don't lose motivation because the program is structured so that participants are continually encouraged by staff and other participants, all while continually trying new challenges. Fitness Boot Camp is for people who have tried different diets without success and are looking for a better understanding of diet, portions and exercise. Participants of every fitness level are welcome to attend Fitness Boot Camp. Instructors assess everyone and develop individual fitness plans that recognise that each person has their own unique challenges. Participants can lose between ten and twenty pounds by attending three sessions each week for four weeks. Each session is only forty-five minutes long. During the course of the program, instructors work with participants to provide meal plans and recipes and to develop their understanding of nutrition. Attendees of Fitness Boot Camp are continually challenged as they work on their flexibility, running drills, core and strength training. All the training is done in a fun and respectful atmosphere that understands each person's abilities are different, so they get fit at the pace that is best for their fitness level. Fitness Boot Camp also runs corporate and group sessions.
