When myself and my daughter arrived 10 minutes early for a consultation I rang the doorbell and was made to stand outside in the cold for a good five minutes.I presume they were all having lunch. When the door was answered we were greeted with a rather frosty AND YOU ARE? Not a great welcome and things did not improve hugely throughout appointments, although the surgeon was very nice and one of the younger girls was also very pleasant. If i had not already paid for treatment i would not have used Optimax and I would have used an alternative company.I have used Optical Express myself in the past and found their customer service second to none.
