Lovely setting and good value although massage was 45 mins and I paid for an hour. Masseuse was lovely

Relaxing, accommodating and well worth the visit. Get this deal.
Arrived on time but had to wait for our treatment for 40 minutes. We were then given upgraded products for the treatments. The offer was very good. Well worth the money.
Excellent treatments and very friendly staff. Was a lovely birthday present for my daughter. Would highly recommend.
Excellent treatments and attentive staff. Thank you!
The treatments were pretty good, however there was an issue with booking through groupon therefore we had to call to sort out our booking when we called the first time we were told we couldn't have 6 people at a time we had to split into 2 groups: 2 people at 2-3pm and 4 people 3-4pm. They called us the day before to confirm everything was correct they though it was only 2 of us in at 2 and when I said no there's meant to be 6 people they gave completely random names of other people that definitely weren't on our booking. Eventually the girl on the phone just said ok yeh fine 6 people and its 2pm. The day of the actual appointment I got a text saying it was a 1 so I called confused and they said yeh, 2 people at 1-2pm and 4 people at 2-3pm. So 2 of us rushed to get there at 1 luckily we could rearranged our childcare. Then when we got there we weren't seen to until 1:30pm and we were also told we had to pay an extra £5 per person because it was a Saturday and unfortunately my family arrived at 2:20 because they couldn't find the spa which wouldn't have been a problem if I was taking them like the original plan. But because they were 20 minutes late (even though we were seen 30 minutes late) they were only allowed 1 treatment instead of 3. When we aired our frustrations with them about the mess of the appointment they got defensive and responded with hostility. And we were still charged the full amount of £165 plus and additional £30 totalling £195.00. if it was based purely on the treatments we would probably go back, but there is no chance any of us will ever return there after the poor communication that caused my sister's hen do to be stress filled and upsetting.

The massage quality was ok, but I would not use them again because we booked an hour but it was 10-15 minutes late starting and then finished 10 minutes early so we received not much more than half an hour, plus we were charged a supplement for a weekend booking that was not included in the small print of the groupon booking and we were not told about until we turned up on the day. This was particularly frustrating because we had been off work all week and so could easily have booked a different day had we been told in advance. Very poor customer service.
Lovely ladies, took good care of me and daughter. Bit disappointed didnt get the prosecco listed on the groupon voucher, also the manicure/pedicure we wanted wasnt available- had back massage, facial and scalp massage but there was nowhere to sit and relax to make a day of it afterwards. Good for a quick treatment on lunch hour.
