Im utterly disappointed with the service on this occasion having my time and money wasted, I would not recommend you further in future or wish to laise with 'The Den' in any shape or form and wish a full refund to to cost of the voucher as it has still not been redeemed. After purchasing the voucher it took me a while to get through to ur phones line to fine get through have an appointment arranged and booked, having leaving a contact number. I finally arrive to the appointment having Your staff member to make unpleasant facial gestures between each other, and eventually refusing to do my hair making excuses. With the sensitively of me picking up on these facial Gestures, body language and attitude I left almost reduced to tears with my eyes filled not only with tears but sheer disappointment of the attitude and aggression in this member of staff voice when speaking. Very poor customer service to say the least. I left not having my hair cut, inconvinenced added this left me in a tight slot for time to even book with my usual or any other hair salon. It ruined my whole weekend not being able to create the look or image I wanted to look on a major event that weekend. I don't appreciated being looked down or spoke down to I was a paying customer and showed no rudeness to your members of staff to be treated like a second class citizens. I was completely left ridiculed infront of other customers. My voucher has still not been redeemed so I would like groupon to redeem only the cost of the voucher I am not looking here for any freebies, complimentary vouchers or compensation of any kind for my waste of time, but would like you to take this as an honest and genuine complaint and perhaps to train your staff further to dealing and handling customers. As there was no attempt to try contacting me to cancel this appointment, and I appreciate the manager not being on staff, where I can see staff becoming and portraying a laxi dazzi image. Appointment was over 30 mins late despite another customer whose appointment was an hour after mine being seen first. Merchant was unsympathetic when I complained and did nothing to appease me whatsoever . They also took my groupon code on the day I made the appointment even tho the actual appoint wasn't for a month later. I assume since I got the feedback email from groupon that same day, that they also submitted the code for payment then too. This is a practice I find disturbing and even without the other issues I would not use them again for this reason alone
