After making at least 20 calls to try and book an appointment I gave up and got my money back.
Don't bother buying a voucher from this company, a complete waste of time, tried booking for 3 months, gave up in the end!
The massage itself was really good and therapist pleasant however I only had 45 minutes due to getting lost as this is a room within a physio therapists unit and not an individual shop/unit. There is no signs to indicate that she is based there, it was only because I asked in another unit and was directed there. The therapist claims that this was in directions but it isn’t and I feel she should advise people where she is based when they book. She was defensive when I told her I couldn’t find it and I feel she should have honoured the full hour I had paid for as she should have told me where to go. It’s a shame that this happened as otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.
lovely lady and they had a nice selection of shellac colours.
I purchased a manicure and pedicure, what I got was gel polish on my hands and feet. I said that I expected a pedicure and was told that it was only ever just polish. I would not have purchased if it had been advertised correctly. Saying that Aditi was very nice.
Excellent service and nice atmosphere. Btw, If you want an appointment, follow the instructions and be patient in waiting for a reply, instead of rocking up unannounced to book one, or even worse, expecting/ demanding an immediate massage instead of others who had already booked duh?
Really good service and value for money
