It was very difficult to get through on the phone to make the appointment. Although there were missed calls on my phone, no message was left and I had to ring back to find out that my treatment time had been changed. I also think that as soon as I arrived, they should have asked for my car registration number to log onto the system as had I not raised the matter, I would have been landed with a fine. Apart from these observations, I was very pleased with the treatment and intend to return for a further treatment in the future.
