On this occasion the event was held at Newcastle Races. In the past the production of the printed goupon was sufficient. This time we queued to present our groupon (having been told to do so) only to discover we needed to queue again at the Race Office to collect an envelope with our race tickets - then queue again to get in. Lack of communication at the event between race officials and no notice to tell groupon customers (of whom there were a number) what to do.
