Didn't fulfil any of the 4 agreed appointments! Gave excuses why cleaner didn't show!! On the third agreed date I rang half an hour before the due time and David assured me the cleaner was on route for 9am. But by10 nobody arrived! My husband phoned asking for full refund £100! David phoned to say contact Groupon! I got a follow up text from David to say contact Groupon as they have my money! I phoned Groupon and spoke to Michael who was very helpful and assured me case would be followed up!! Ism very disappointed inDKcleaning!! It's the fact that they never had any intention of fulfilling the commitment of 8 hours cleaning!! This was supposed to help alleviate the stress as my husband is currently y undergoing chemotherapy! Instead we both ended up very stressed with this situation!! I know I paid £100 for a service that I didn't receive and I will do whatever it takes to ensure I get the money back!!!
