Rude staff. Advertised games didn’t exist. Made to feel very unwelcome. Didn’t realise only actually players could attend the centre. My elderly mother and young children came along to watch and apparently this was an issue. The owner actually confirmed this on a public website and stated the member of staff felt uneasy at the extra people on the premises. I’m not sure what he thought my elderly mother might do!! Go elsewhere for a proper VR experience. I give this business a year at max. Pathe

WOW- still excited by the experience! I would recommend for all ages- families, friends - there is something there for all to enjoy. The 'teaser' to get you started took my breath away......that's all I can say!! I went in a group of 4 friends and each one of us had an amazing time. We have decided to try and make this a monthly experience!! Leigh is a great host and we will be coming back soon!!

It's a pleasant environment, a little small, 1 reception room and 1 VR room. I booked it as a family event while on holiday (2 adults 2 children). I was a bit disappointed that we could only do it one at a time. I thought the family package would mean all 4 of us interacting within a VR environment at the same time, shooting bad guys and exploring alien environments as a family - but as the owner explained because of the limitations of his current setup, we could only do it separately for 15 minutes each. It did mean the other family members had to sit in reception and twiddle our thumbs until it was our turn. To the owner I'd recommend organising a series of themes people could choose from which you used. As it was there was a lot of questions around "what sort of thing do you like?", so as we had no VR frame of reference it was just guessing at titles and hoping for the best. My children very much enjoyed the VR experience though and the owner was very polite and friendly.
