great pizzas- great service with loads of smiles too - ordinary prices are good too - can be busy which is always a good sign - so give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

This is my second use of a Groupon voucher at Stonehouse and the redemption was just as chaotic as the first time, the staff member again didn't know about the voucher or what items of food and drink were applicable and I ended up reading out the voucher conditions and then as last time it wouldn't accept the voucher because she wasn't in the set up Groupon screen. It's all well and good I suppose standing there like a lemon but when an irate queue is gathering it isn't much fun. As last time the Manageress got involved and thankfully just waived it through and let the kitchen know of our order. It was a good deal and I would have purchased more but just not worth the hassle. I don't understand how they would set up a separate Groupon screen and then not train the staff how to take them. Beggars belief!!

We visited the Tramway in Cleveleys and to describe the ordering process as chaotic would be an understatement. The Groupon offer had been up and running for a good few weeks but it definitely came over from the way that my order was handled that I was the first to use it there. From the staff on the till to the Manager the whole ordering process was painful and I was only thankful that there wasn't a queue. After limping through the ordering process which didn't agree with what was offered on the Groupon voucher I was being asked to pay an additional £3.88 and this was after me standing there like a lemon for a good 20 minutes, in the end the Manager waived it off and I finally got back to my table albeit without the collection device which the member of staff forgot to give which delayed the food arrival. I have another voucher to use which I may try at another outlet but this process definitely puts me off purchasing any more.
