From Our Editors

First opened in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisan baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 multiple venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with a 1950s-inspired decor and serves up an array of freshly-made cakes, craft patisseries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose leaf teas. Their specialties include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato ice cream.

I bought this voucher for a treat for my Grandparents, they have a lovely afternoon. They said that the staff were attentive, food was delicious and there were so many cakes they took some home.

I was really disappointed as the store we picked was a tiny concession in Next and had an extremely limited choice. There was no atmosphere and I certainly wouldn't return

Nice selection of sandwiches although bread was a little dry and they ran out of cream for scones. Just a little blip, good value for money and would go again

Food was absolutely lovely but staff ruined this Mother's Day lunch for us. We were very much treated like Groupon customers and even heard staff complaining about people coming in and using their vouchers. They were also very rude in general and had to wait over an hour for a table despite the fine print saying no need to book
