Very little commentary and the commentator didn't know his facts too well e.g. he had to check with someone as to who designed St. Paul's Cathedral and he told the passengers that HMS Belfast last engaged in enemy action during the Crimean War!

Keep up the good work of flying the flag for London! A member of staff on the pier assisting passengers may have saved some confusion.

Perhaps organise it so one table at a time goes up for the food instead of the bun fight of everyone at the same time

I found the Groupon booking experience very difficult. I sent an email to River Thames Cruises asking what I had to do to book and they sent one back saying we were booked on the cruise for 24th may. I downloaded what I thought was a voucher. I never received any other details or any more emails. When we arrived there was no information about where to wait. Eventually someone said where we could wait and then the boat was late. Boarding was a complete nightmare. There was pushing and shoving and the man then wouldn't let us on as we apparently didn't have the right voucher. He rudely told us to stand on the side and other people too. He kept saying we needed a code. I tried to ask what code and he ignored me. Finally after much frustration and frantic searching for information on my phone I showed him my email where I had written reference numbers and codes on and he let us board. The boat was full. No seats for some passengers. We managed to squeeze in between two other couples. The staff then put up another table and brought out more chairs. I felt very upset as I had planned this trip for my partner and had looked forward to it for ages. It was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly at all apart from the bar staff. The food was very nice once we had queued all the way up the stairs. The trip did get better and we enjoyed it but it was a shame it was a shaky start. Mrs Julie Warrington and Dr Keith Jones

No allocated seating, and not enough seating for everyone. We were stuck outside and it was cold and raining.

Yes. Before boarding I was asked for a boarding pass which I did not have although I had printed out the voucher. Apparently an email was sent (but I was not pre-informed at the booking stage that one was on its way) which must have gone into my spam file. As I wasn't expecting it I didn't look out for it. It was this email that told me to print out a boarding pass. About a third of the passengers did not have this and were made to wait until everyone else was on board before deciding whether to let them on. It was worrying and a lot of people were angry. The lady behind me had her email on her phone and as it contained no personal details about the booking forwarded it to me. I showed it to the boarding crew on my phone and they let me on which I feel makes rather a farce of the system.
