Helmed by a trauma and oral surgery specialist with teaching experience at King's College, Quintidental provides dental services at their base a short stroll away from Kew Gardens train station. Taking pride in being able to get adults and children to relax, the resident doctors offer a 24-hour emergency service, responding to cases that are better addressed without delay.
This was a very smooth process. Had to wait a while for an appointment as the hours are restrictive so I could only do Fridays and these were fully booked. However, communication was excellent and they called a couple of days before to say they had a cancellation so I could come earlier, which I did.
It is a clean and bright building. The staff were all very friendly, from receptionist to dentist. And the dentist gave me some great advice.
I would happily return for my next check up
I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes before I was called. The internet reception is awful and I had to go outside to get a signal to retrieve my voucher. The dentist was rude and said he'd call in the next patient if I couldn't show him my voucher. I managed to retrieve it and he said okay, I'll see you quickly!!! I was annoyed at that and said I didn't complain that I had to wait 15 minutes for you! He still rushed the treatment even though I said skip the X-Rays(to save time)....I would NOT recommend him and it's also a very difficult place to find! Definitely a bad experience :(
