Not used the Groupon yet. However very impressed with the Customer Service at jetLine when I booked my preferred dates. The CSR, Stanley, was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Do not use this company! They are absolute con artists! Booked 4 nights in Venice with my son, after redeeming the voucher they claimed the hotel advertised was no longer available and we are now booked into a hotel in an area full of drug dealers and prostitutes! They have failed to email my documents over and have not responded to my complaints, Groupon have been useless! I can't even complain through ABTA as they do not advertise their membership number! They're probably not even members! So angry! And too scared to go on the trip!!

Don't let them fob you off with 2nd best - I bought a deal which drew me in with the offer of fantastic hotels - I ended up with a sub-standard alternative after declining worse ones. Virtually every detail of the deal which had been important to me was unavailable when it came to booking specifics - or required extra payments. I felt totally scammed. Won't ever use them again.

Once you have confirmed flight and hotel deals don't be surprised if they call back and say the flight will actually be for than the original agreement, and there will be nothing you can do about it unless you take a less convenient flight or lose a night of your holiday

The 2 hotels listed in the deal were not available when I wanted to go, and I was rushed to consider 4 or 5 others whilst on the phone, and then told it would cost me extra money to go at a reasonable time, and to a different hotel, that I hadn't time to properly look into.

I haven't used the voucher yet but my experience with booking the actual holiday was horrific. I bought 3 days but on booking found out you actually only get 2 days because only very late flights are available no matter the date you choose. To get the actual 3 days you are indirectly compelled to pay more and this cost me about £140 extra for the 2 vouchers. I haven't been on the actual holiday yet but I am hoping it is worth it because I am already dissatisfied that I had to pay so much extra.
