I have only redeemed half of my voucher. My appt time was changed without advising me. The young girl told me she had called, but I have a BT plan that tells me all callers I missed. I had a great facial, but the young lady was supposed to call me back to advise if a request I made could be met, and I am still waiting 6 weeks later, so I cancelled the other half of the appt. Very poor customer service.
