What You'll Get
Over an eight-week stretch one or two people can attend up to three classes each week. The sessions encompass a blend of circuit and resistance training, core stability and general cardiovascular exercises, and are designed to be sociable and fun as well as grinding. Participants of any fitness level are catered for, with instructors mixing high- and low-intensity workouts in split groups.
