I though that I was buying full gym membership for 3 months including fitness classes etc. No ot was 3 months of payg membership therefore having to pay for fitness classes. This was probably made clear in the small print but I think it needed to be made clearer at the time of booking.

The selection of classes is good but more of them at different times would be more useful. The showers are horrendous. I have never been anywhere else with communal showers in this day and age, takes me back to being at school! But even so, they are not clean, have nowhere to hang a towel that can be reached easily from the shower area.

The Groupon offer was great value but the monthly full membership is more than I'm looking at paying, could you offer a cheaper version for use just at FCO rather than all fit city's?

Please change the opening times.. At least it should be open until 11pm at night... not everybody is leaving work at 5pm... People like me arrive home at 8pm (maybe later due to traffic) and it just doesn't worth going to gym if it closes at 9-9:30pm...
