Lovely, home made tea, served by friendly owner. Good choice of sandwiches and tasty scones. With no room left for the delicious cake on offer, these were boxed to take away. Quaint surroundings and although traffic passes door this did not distract from what was an enjoyable tea.

My friend and I really enjoyed our afternoon tea. We got to choose which sandwiches, scones and cakes. All freshly made. The cakes and scones were cooked on the premises, not like many places that are clearly not! Would recommend.

English village time warp, very pleasant and filling afternoon tea. Nice to find carpark free for 3hrs.
Felt rushed to get out. Stingy with the tea bags. Tired interior gave an impression of a little run down. Felt like M25 right outside the cafe. Tricky getting to cafe with on coming traffic on foot. Wouldn't recommend anyone with small kids biggies or disabled getting into the cafe tricky sue to small road and on coming traffic both sides.
Lovely surroundings, good choice of sandwiches with gluten-free choices too. Cakes are delicious and a warm friendly greeting by the host
