Review is very similar to some of the older reviews, don’t feel like the facial was anything special, was mainly a face mask which I think this should be made more clearer when booking as it advertised as a deluxe or luxury. Also was done by a man which I think aswell should be made more clearer when booking, he was friendly enough and professional but I think we assume it will be a female doing it when booking a facial. They do ask if you want to upgrade but I politely declined and he left it there, he wasn’t pushy with it at all.

It was nice but the experience was spoilt as it was clear they where understaffed and not able to give customers their full attention.... eg taking a phone call whilst at the same time doing a treatment. Could do better as it was advertised as luxary facial and was bought as a special treat.

Scammers, absolutely gross. Felt like I was being robbed by holiday scammers, they surround you when it’s time to pay adding on extra charges. The scam is the female says she will give you extra treatments for free and they charge at the end. The owner and staff have a script they use to scam, and the service was poor.

Basic facial nothing special or enticing to book another.

I booked here using a groupon voucher and I wish I’d seen some of these reviews before going. A man in a suit welcomed me at reception then proceeded to do the facial himself. He was trying to hard sell other options almost from the beginning. He didn’t use gloves for the whole treatment and his hands smelled badly. The products used didn’t seem good quality and I was left with a cheap face mask on for 15 mins ‘to relax’ with lots of noise in the background. During the treatment, he left the door open and seemed to be keeping an eye on the other staff members. Something felt very strange about the whole situation. I left feeling pretty gross and scammed. I’m really glad I didn’t opt for the extra treatments but I’m sure some people would feel pressured into this and later regret it. I have also seen this business responding to reviews saying they should have said they were dissatisfied at the time. At no point did I feel comfortable enough to express that, I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. An all together uncomfortable experience.
