From Our Editors
Based in a 13th century manor house, Strines Inn is a country pub which pays homage to tradition. Guests can tuck into classic British cuisine with a wide choice of meat and vegetarian dishes, plus a children’s menu providing bites for little ones. The interior is chock full of local historical artefacts, and open fires keep diners warm through the winter months. Kids can run off energy in the outside play area, and say hello to the resident peacocks and geese. The pub is nestled among the moorland of the Peak District National Park, and stays open seven days a week.
