Rang before purchasing and asked if this was disabled friendly was told yes as long as they could get into the helicopter. Bought this for my disabled mum who struggles to get to the end of her drive. They changed the venue the night before and made her walk twice to the middle of the field after she forgot to register in a pub. Then sat her between 2 burly chaps. She couldn't see a thing.

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your feedback. We do class our flights as suitable for disabled passengers, for those that struggle to walk we have taken wheelchairs and passengers with walking aids right up to the aircraft so passengers do not have to walk. The only location that we fly from that has a pub would be The Moorlands which we have flown from in the Peak District for 9 years and the venue has never been changed and certainly not the night prior to the flight. In terms of the seating passengers are arranged in the aircraft according to weight and also if there is a passenger who has bought a possible mobility issue to our attention on the day in the interests of safety we do not place them next to the doors in case of emergency.
