The Fine Print

Present Groupon on arrival. 48-hour cancellation policy. Must be 14 or older. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Must sign waiver. Max. weight 100 kilos. Max. height 6ft 6in. Subject to weather conditions. Must contact the merchant on the day before the flight to confirm weather suitability. Captain may cancel the flight for weather or technical reasons. In this case, it may be re scheduled or a full refund can be provided. If the customer does not show up or is late they may miss the flight slot; no refund available in this instance. Clients must be physically and mentally fit to get in and out of the cockpit on their own. Appropriate clothes to be worn to safely sit in the cockpit, operate controls as a pilot and wear headsets for communications. Must not be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Captains decision to refuse to fly client is final. In this case, no refund will be provided. No dogs, including guide dogs, are allowed. Customers arrive at their own risk. It is their responsibility and liability to take care and behave responsibly on the active airfield.
