From Our Editors

The Victorian Royal Hotel is situated in the sleepy town of Bridge of Allan, just north of Stirling. Guest rooms feature contemporary decor, TVs and other modern amenities. The Windows Restaurant crafts meals using local ingredients while The Kings Bar serves an extensive array of beverages. Function rooms are equipped to host weddings, parties and meetings while kids can be kept out of trouble with bouncy castles on soft play Sundays.

The bread was dry. Cakes seemed bought not freshly made.
