Missed 40 minutes of the show because the queue to get tickets with the voucher were huge. Only 1 person allocated to vouchers in the booking office. It was freezing and loads of miserable children. The allocated seats had poor visibility and I noted empty seats in the middle sections offering alriund visibility which should have been filled first. We’d not seen much if the show when they stopped for a 25 minute break. My lads loved what bit they saw of the show but I was fuming. I’d never buy a Groupon for this type of event aga
