I haven't been able to redeem it! I turned up for a class that was cancelled (and no one informed me of this, incurring a wasted evening and train fare). I have then tried on several occasions to book another date - despite assurances someone would contact me, I have had to make the contact. After repeated failed attempts, I'm told they are fully booked for this year and they'll be in contact in the future with new dates. I have little faith that they will on past experience, nor am I happy having to wait over 6 months for a class and skills I could have done with back in the summer.
