This company used Groupon. It tried to con me. I booked an appointment for my daughter and within minutes cancelled it. They then said that the coupon had been redeemed and refused to book another appointment for me. Very unprofessional and should be avoided.

Was the first time I had been disappointed by a Groupon buy. If this had been my first experience I probably wouldn't have used Groupon again.

The talent of the hairdresser was great - but there was no conversation, no drink offered and the magazine I asked for was 4 years out of date! If you are too shy to chat to customers, then provide something for your customers to do instead of putting their noses right in front of a massive mirror - it was really offputting! Just need a few finishing touches in terms of looking after the customer and it will make a world of difference. The worst bit was, having completely ignored my attempts at conversation, the 2 members of staff then started a conversation amongst themselves!!!

The staff need to be more enthusiastic, engage with the customer, offer a drink and also explain what is being done during the appointment. Just because the treatment is being done on a deal does not mean that the service can be substandard. Treating customers with first class products, professional skills and excellent customer service (all are expected as a minimum) will encourage repeat business, and also word of mouth recommendations.
