Received an email to say I had a free upgrade and all would be sorted out when I picked up the ticket. When I went t the box office the staff knew nothing about it. Eventually dug out the email and received an upgrade. When to the venue only to find that the upgrade did not exist. Unless you paid extra you were just in the same pen.

Great venue well thought out with plenty of toilets!! Enjoyed both performers great atmosphere.

Liz Hobbs told Groupon we were in the bronze section there was no bronze section just gold or general.
People were allowed to smoke spliffs.
As usual lots of drinks been chucked in the air to land on concert attenders

It said upgraded to bronze section by email but there was no bronze or silver. It was either gold (sectioned off at the front) or general (where everyone else was) this caused lots of concussion for groupon voucher holders.
The security let people smoke cannabis.
We had 4 drinks thrown up into the air and land all over us.
