Not impressed at all LVL is a henna dye and eyelash perm. Used to be 10 now being called lvl 23!!! Sooooooo not worth it. Didn't see any difference and end of my eyelashes are damaged. Next time for this price I'm having 1:1 eyelashes that last 4 weeks and the difference is massive.

Initially I couldn’t get through on the phone as it was so busy, but when I did the microdermabrasion was good and the staff were very friendly.
