Walthamstow's Bailey Elite Football Academy provides intensive training to players of all ages and abilities, including personal coaching, group coaching, and show days attended by scouts from professional teams. The academy has had a number of successful graduates, most notably Blackburn Rovers and Turkey forward Colin-Kazim Richards, and last season 32 academy-trained youth players were signed by teams throughout the top divisions.
