they simply try to con customers by spreading incorrect information. They told two free oil changes of 10w40, but when you actually try to book an appointment they come back with lame excuses e.g. you car's recommended oil is different so you have to pay extra £35 for each oil change. Even though i explained too many times that 10w40 is also fine for my car as advised by Eurocar parts and toyota dealer (my car is toyota celica), they refused to use 10w40, which simply means they dont actually offer free oil change, they advertise in a deceitful way and try to rip off money @ and on top of that they also market their own servicing packages by paying more and more money @@@@

The advert was misleading. I paid 20 £ and expected to have car service with eventual paying for oil but I heard from phone it would cost 215 £

The voucher that i purchased included an oil change for my car. But when i turned up, i was told that my car needed "synthetic" oil and that this was not included in the vouch and would cost an additional £45. This was very dissapointing as it was not mentioned in the voucher that this may be the case and if it was i would never had ordered the voucher. I was told the best option would be to go for a full service that included the oil and that there was a discount attached to it for a total of £90. I was told that plus the MOT would be scheduled in for 11:30am and i mentioned that i needed the car back that eveining as it was my only day off and i would not be able to pick the car up for the rest of the week. I had to chase to see how the work was going and then told i needed new brake pads, discs and a new tyre. I enquired about costs but was not told that without this work my car would fail or pass the MOT. If i knew this information i could have ensured that i could have looked around to ensure that the quote was a competitive qoute or not. In total it cost me £660 and they closed the garage so i was unable to collect it the same day. The following day i had to chase to see how it was progressing and then had to ask them to deliver the car to my address as i was at work. I needed the car the same day and they told me they would call me in the eveining to arrange collection but they closed the garage and so i had to cancel my plans on that evening because i had no vehicle. I would also have expected the car to have been cleaned as a gesture of good will having got the car back a day late and having spent £660 on this. A small gesture goes a long way. In future i would be unlikely to use this garage again. There are still a few faults that have been highlighted on the MOT but there has been no explanation as to what these are. I was dissapointed that the voucher i received that was meant to include the oil change for my car that i was expecting. There was no call and i needed the car that evening but hte garage closed so i was unable to make another appointment that i had planned for that evening. I then had to chase the next day and make a payment via bank transfer before they would release the car as i was at work and unable to collect it during hte week.

This company is a fraud..best avoided... failed my mot that i passed elsewhere... tried to rip me on engine oil as well ..

Make your pricing more transparent on the groupon offering and on your website. It is impossible to understand or calculate what is included for sure

I'm very disappointed as I feel the oil wasn't changed even though I paid for full service which includes oil change. I be going back to have it changed.
