Opened in 2013, Banyan York places its focus on local ingredients and customer service. Based in central York, the bar and restaurant prepares a variety of seasonal British and international dishes. They use fruit and vegetables from family company RK Harris, meat sourced from Horsforth's Alan Morton Butchers, and bread and cakes made by Sally at the Bondgate Bakery in Otley. Diners can pair their meal with a selection of wines, liqueur coffees and cocktails chosen from the diverse drinks list.
