Wine was lovely, ordered 24 bottles, 12 arrived as scheduled but the other 12 are stuck in transit at DPD depot.
I contacted the seller 3 times but no reply, contacted DPD who said it was up to the shipper to contact them and finally I contacted Groupon who have washed their hands of it saying I should contact the seller. Awful customer service from all parties, Groupon too the money for the goods and the shipped for the delivery charge so to my mind Groupon hold final responsibility. I will be closing my Groupon account after this is resolved. At the moment I am around £54.00 out of pocket..... I would have given zero stars if I could
