A very poor product. Feathers are escaping all the time making a complete mess. After contacting the company explaining the quality it appears they are not interested. I wouldn’t buy from this company, full stop ✋!

This product is terrible and uselsess.
There are feathers all over my house. I bought two of these and they are both leaking feathers.
Absolute nonsense and now I can't return it as I did not start using it till after a month of buying it.

Had to return it, it left feathers all over the house. With young babies it is also a choking hazard. Awaiting for the refund now.

Bought it on 4 February and tried to return 2 duvets but now still in the process of attempting to get compensation for a lost parcel. The duvets were too heavy and too bulky.
Getting a response from Groundlevel is impossible and I am still waiting a month later.
