the product is great. the delivery, by driver Marcus is dreadful-non existent! I get daily texts plus a map showing his real-time location. he gets within half a mile of me, then the map disappears. Although I've had about 15 texts saying Marcus would be delivering that day for several different orders, it's always another driver who actually delivers it (always get a text saying Steven or Dean or someone else is delivering, given a time slot and its delivered okay)
