Cancelled 46 hours before due to attend due to a member of the party (of two) having covid. Company were unwilling to offer an alternative date and complained that they ‘only receive 38% of the fee’ when someone books through Groupon so appeared unmotivated to help. Can’t comment on the experience as we weren’t allowed to rebook but customer service/rescheduling with almost two days notice/tone of responses off putting. Out of pocket and husband a bday present down. Wouldn’t recommend!

Great fun experience and it was a first time for myself and my 13 yr old who absolutely loved it. James and Justin did a great job at hosting the event and we will definitely be back. Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍
