Where do I even start?! The only question asked was, are you sore anywhere? The first 10 minutes the massage was mainly with one had because she was too busy with her phone. Constant phone pings and vibrations, random video sounds playing over the speaker. Eventually some spa music was played, but the message tones kept going. The massage was way too fast, barely any pressure to actually relax the muscles and there was absolutely no method or skill behind it, I got karate chopped and random slap massaged and also some weird bell device was used on me, wtf? I was booked in for a full body massage and facial. She got ready to leave after the massage, I had to remind her of the facial. This time she didn’t even ask any questions. Just proceeded to wash my face, rinsed the cleaning pads multiple times, put some random mask on and left the room for what felt like 10-15 minutes She returned, washed the face off, rinsing the same pads multiple times. Then she put some oily stuff on my face and patted it into my skin???? I was not relaxed in the slightest, in fact, I was clenching my jaws the whole time and actually left the place totally bewildered and stressed! I got home and had to shower straight away because I just felt dirty! What a waste of my money and time!!!

Excellent service, made extremely welcome, massage was so good I had goose bumps everywhere. Reception girl was so lovely. Absolute bargain if you want to be that little bit nicer to yourself or for a gift. I will go here from now on. Xx
