This five-course dining experience may kick off with a potato and pomegranate cake with panni puri, swiftly followed by a lime-infused trio of chicken tikka, mint and garlic tikka and reshmi kebab with mung bean sprouts. A lime and mint sorbet arrives next to cleanse palates, and is succeeded by Delhi-style butter chicken curry in tomato and fenugreek, finished with cream and served with naan bread. A dessert such as gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream will round out the taster meal.
